Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and mobilize deposits from individuals and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized financial solutions.
- Promote and cross-sell treasury products, investment opportunities, and wealth management services.
- Analyze financial markets, monitor competitor activities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide clients with expert investment insights and advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Generate regular reports on fund mobilization and market activities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in a bank or non-bank financial institution, with a proven track record in deposit mobilization and treasury sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Client Network: Established relationships with key players in the financial sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Mindset: Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
